Hi everyone.

I’m looking to get back into music production after a pretty long break. I last produced in 2019 and used to make progressive house and big room house, back then I had the goal of eventually getting a track signed to Revealed Recordings.

I’m currently using FL Studio 20 and still have most of my old setup:
Sylenth1, Spire, Nexus 2 and Serum - those are my main vsts and I believe most of the sound banks are out of date.

As for other plug ins:
FabFilter EQ/Saturn, Valhalla VintageVerb, CamelCrusher, OTT compressor, Kickstart, A1 Stereo Control are just to name a few

I have the KSHMR Sample packs 1-3 and from memory they were the best at the time, also have other various samples from smaller packs.

I know I don’t necessarily need new plugins or samples to make good music, but obviously a lot has changed since 2019. I would love if someone could point me in the right direction in terms of just updating my soundbanks and vsts ?
In terms of music I still do want to make big room techno, progressive house however I know I’d need to learn modern day techniques and sounds.

Started playing Pokémon yellow

I have a few alterations to the game
- I have randomised all wild Pokémon and upped their levels by 20%
- I have upped all trainer levels by 20%
- All static Pokémon are also randomised

What would be the best team going in to a game like this where the elite 4 will be tough to beat, as levels will probably be high 60s to low 70s?

I currently have Starmie as its quick
Also have Zapdos
I also have a nidoqueen - however I see nidoking is the way to go and I might drop it
Also thinking about victreebel

Hey guys, I’m looking to buy a DS/3DS mainly for Pokémon. Ideally I want to mod the console and play all the Pokémon games through emulators/roms from gen 1 all the way up to whatever it goes to

Considering a DSi XL, 3DS XL, New 3DS XL or New 2DS XL.

What would be the best/cheapest option for this?

I don’t really care about the 3D feature, so is the New 2DS XL the better choice over the New 3DS XL?
Also can the DSi XL play 3ds games if it’s via a rom?

I did find a 3DS XL on marketplace that has a bunch of games that comes with it, I could sell them and make some money back but just wanting advice anyway

Curious to see what people think. I think some of these IR from Mega Evolutions and onwards look immaculate, wondering if buying some of them in a psa10 while they’re still affordable could potentially be a great investment over raw copys.

At the highest grade you would think they’re a good chance to rise in value, even if it’s by a little bit

Hi everyone, I am a beginner at collecting Pokemon. I’ve been gathering information via YouTube videos and I stumbled upon a video where the guy mentions if someone wanted to collect and think about the investment side of things, the kind of cards to buy are modern day PSA 10s. Now I can’t remember word for word exactly but that’s the kind of gist I got

The first modern graded card I got was a PSA10 Steelix from Mega evolutions. I am currently looking at an Alakazam from the Mega Evolutions promo set.
However I’m not sure on which cards to buy graded and which cards to buy ungraded.
I have a binder but also not sure what to put in it

Any feedback will be helpful as I am slightly confused, I’m not looking to make a million dollars or a buck overnight. Genuinely like the art work of some but also love the idea of having PSA10 slabs
Just need to distinguish which one I’d have graded and which one I’d keep raw
So any thoughts on this or ideas would be appreciated.

Hey everyone

I’m thinking about getting back into collecting cards. I collected a bit back in 2021 but ended up stopping because I found it pretty overwhelming with how many sets and different things there were.

I want to get back into it now but keep it a bit more simple this time. I’m not looking to make money from it, just want to build a collection that I actually enjoy.

I really like Zapdos, so I’ve been thinking about maybe making that main focus.
For those who collect, how do you guys approach it?

Would love to hear how you guys collect and what you’d recommend for someone getting back into it, or if it’s not even worth it then feel free to tell me to not bother haha

Confused as to why this is, I’ve unlocked every trophy and got the platinum one, however the progress on the main screen shows I’ve completed 52%

I have a feeling it might be cause I have an unfinished season, I got the trophy I needed and then just hopped out of it, but I’ve still completed multiple seasons and multiple my team seasons

Any answers to why this could be?
