My 2005 Allure CXS 50k

Nice car but I sure had to get a lot fixed on it including five water pumps, swaybar new radiator, motor and transmission mounts, new tie rods, lots of stuff probably put about $11,000 Canadian into it roughly. Despite that expense, I still love the car. 82,000 kms or 50,000 miles on it. Dad was the original owner so I know the full history on it. Yes winter driven every single year for 20 years and no rest. There really is no excuse for rust.

YELLOW ROLLCALL (rare apparently)

Luvin' my yellow 14 that I got brand new in June 2023, enough so that I just got a new battery put in it a couple of weeks ago. Battery was 85% Health, but I just wanted it done. Not so cheap if you're paying out of your pocket. Was googling about how rare the yellow ones actually are.

Curious if anyone else has one...

Jubilee

I would love to know how everyone clean their jubilee straps, so many nooks and crannies. I don't know what people do. I've taken Q-tips with a tiny bit of liquid car spray wax and shine them up, but you just can't get in every nook.

Bracelet is Strapcode Miltat new in January

Well, it's nice seeing that hundred percent battery health again under my battery settings, paid $149 after tax Cdn at London Drugs for a brand new battery. To my fellow Canadian iPhone 14 users out there I fully recommend London Drugs because they are a certified Apple repair tech department and they put the water seal back in there to get the phone just like brand new when you bought it.

I bought the yellow 14 brand new at Best Buy in June 2023 so it's almost 3 years old and my battery health was down to 85%. For some reason it was jammed for the last seven months on 87% and my iPhone 8 seemed to do that also and then dropped quickly, but I didn't like charging it all the time so I just went for it. Luckily they didn't have to wipe the phone clean even though he was saying they might have to sometimes Apple recommends it or something so I don't know what he meant, but I'm glad I don't have to put everything back on it again from scratch from iCloud.

Anyway, a few months ago, I did notice a couple minor slow downs like when loading Facebook or waiting for a couple of apps to load but it's still pretty fast and it handles everything. Well I'm wondering if anybody else noticed any little minor slowdowns opening certain apps or in Facebook especially but like I said it's pretty minor and it still handles everything with no problems.

I've tried a lot of different straps silicone, the leather one it came with, the shark mesh like this one in the photo but nothing even comes close to the quality of a strap code Miltat Super J Louis (jubilee) and no I don't care about the slight gap between the case, It's minimal and I think it actually looks more vintage like that anyway. Besides, when zodiac's website was still up, they got back to me on Facebook and showed me the link for their Jubilee and they wanted C$450, well for that I can buy four of these strap code bracelets which are ranked as top quality. I knew I would need the six micro adjusts to get a perfect fit. I'm perfectly fine without a glide lock system.
