Is Siri AI expressive voice and advanced dictation available on macOS 27, or is it only available on iOS 27 for now?

Just wondering if anyone on Mac has either of these two features on macOS 27.

Dynamic Island should expand vertically in size to contain more useful information for Live Activities

There are Live Activities in some apps that increase the size of the Dynamic Island horizontally.

What I would like to see is the ability for certain apps to expand the Dynamic Island vertically as needed (and remain this size for the duration of the Live Activity), to display more info. For example - Live Activities for sports games could contain the time remaining.

There seems to be ample space to do this without interfering with any apps or widgets beneath the Dynamic Island.

Something like this would be great. This is what it looks like when Siri AI is "thinking," and this size should be sufficient to add more info than what we currently get in the Dynamic Island.
