Finally have enough money- cant decide what bike to pick and what cc

I know this question gets asked quite frequently, but every single post has different answers. Let me give you an example of what someone has told me under a different post. "Ninja kawasaki 400, great beginner bike to learn on especially for someone who's never rode before." Im thinking okay, cool. Next thing I see there's 5 different replies each saying something different: "Nah, he'll outgrow this way too quickly. Go for a 500 Kawasaki." I post again asking the same thing-- is this a good beginner bike? Can it go fast but not TOO fast? Same thing, people say yes its a good beginner bike, then someone says its too lightweight and I'll outgrow it and should get the Kawasaki Ninja 650 instead. Then there's the whole other group of people that are telling me the 400 is way too much, saying I should go for a 250cc!

Im just confused. I'll try to be as clear as possible so that maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I dont necessarily want a sport bike, like the Kawasaki Vulcan is a cruiser I believe(?) and it looks really cool but is crazy expensive. My budget is 7-8k. Im a college student so this will definitely be more of a "fun" thing to have as opposed to something for daily commute. The problem I keep running into is that the "beginner" motorcycles are supposed to be ditched or sold once you outgrow them. That would be fine if the kawasaki 400 wasn't almost 5k on facebook marketplace. At this point im thinking let me just get a 1000cc that I'll never "outgrow" but beginner friendly 1000ccs apparently don't exist and will definitely be overkill for me. I just want something that can comfortably hit 120-130, is easy to practice on, and not practice as in learn on it for 6 months then buy a bigger bike, I want this to last. Any help would be really appreciated.

Best dorms overall? (Amenities, social scene, proximity to campus)

As per the title, I'm looking into housing right now and wanted to see which dorms have the best mix of good amenities, a solid social scene and not too far from campus. By social scene I don't mean like, parties 24/7, but people that are talkative and friendly. This school has a lot of residence halls and it seems everyone has mixed opinions about each of them except Mcnary. I really liked Weatherford but it seems exclusive to business majors. If it helps I'm an English Major.

I've got a friend who tells me he's natty but did a cycle like 4-5 years ago and thats that. he said he did around 350 of test for 12 weeks, showed me before vs after pics, and yeah, the difference is jarring, but I always assumed that once you hop off gear your levels of T go back to normal, so your muscles eventually go back to what they once were. I know this guy pretty well and know he hasn't done anything since then, and yeah, he is a noticeably smaller than some of the photos he showed me during his cycle, but it looks like he's kept most of his gains, both strength and otherwise. Before you all rush to the comments and tell me that said friend is probably still on roids, just treat it as a hypothetical as I don't really care what he does. Does going on gear once or twice give you ONLY temporary gains, or do you retain most of it after hopping off and doing proper PCT?

So I tried a decant of this perfume and didn't like it, but apparently there were multiple reformulations since the OG one, and my question is, where can I find those original formulations? I tried looking them up on ebay but its a guessing game at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Im planning on going to college in either University of Oregon or OSU, and to me, sociability matters a lot. I asked on both subreddits and it seems that, in the PNW, people are generally less social? For instance, im super extroverted and usually go up to people I find interesting and strike up a conversation, but apparently I should lower my expectations about that happening in those two colleges; people keep referencing the "Seattle freeze?" Im not from the PNW at all so I have no idea what they're referencing to, but is it really true that people are less outgoing here? I come from AZ and everyone there kinda matched my vibe, so im freaking out a little bit. I know that not everyone is going to be closed off socially, but will that be the case for the majority?

I know this seems like a silly question, but one of the biggest factors for me in college is simply how sociable/ lively the campus is. For those of you who attend, how were your experiences, and if by chance you've seen U of O, is there a big difference? Thanks!
