Curse of Strahd YTer

I’ve watched Chubby Funster’s and LichHouse’s series about CoS, and I could swear there was a Sly Flourish video about CoS where he specifically talks about how Strahd should invite the NPCs to his castle and if they don’t go, he should kill a PC and have that PC animated as a zombie or asa vampire spawn the next time the NPCs show up… but I can’t find it.

Does anyone know what I’m talking about? It might have been another YTer…

MyQ Liftmaster, camera recording every night at 3am

I've got a new garage door opener with camera. Almost every night, the camera records "motion" at 3am. My door is locked. The recording shows a dark screen, a clicking with the picture lighting up (not sure if this is the camera adjusting to the darkness or the opener lamp during on), and nothing in view. It's always a 10s clip.

My current guess is that it's some weird system glitch that happens at the same time overnight, or someone walking outside the garage door. My camera is mounted such that I can't see the back half of the garage, but nothing is disturbed or missing, plus it happens even if the side entrance is locked.

Anyone else had this issue?

OSR themed pint glasses?

Well, it finally happened. My party of four… pint glasses was worn down over the years to a lone survivor of many side quests and today I rolled a Nat 1 while doing the washing up (I’m clearly a retainer) and the grizzled veteran is no more.

Can anyone recommend some OSR themed glasses so my carousing can continue?

Kenmore tub bearing shot?

Last week my washer was jumping around like it was possessed, so after some YouTube watching, I decided to replace the dampening rods. For context this washer is from 2015 and had been getting progressively louder during the spin cycle, to the point where it’s hard to have a conversation.

I recalibrated and ran it just now. There’s a small amount of drips coming from the centre, enough that there’s a small pool of water running out the side toward the basement drain.

I think the bearing might need replacing but wanted to see what Reddit thinks.

Working as a Physio

My teen is an athlete, really into working out, has a knack for math and science and is having a tough time thinking of a career that he’d like to do. Working in an office does not appeal to him, but physio is something he’s curious about.

What is it like working as a physio in Vancouver? Pros, cons, etc.
