Since I started the hobby just under 18 months ago I’d desperately wanted to paint up a blade guard squad. I dabbled in my teenage but Primaris marines didn’t exist then, and today I finally started!

I kitbashed a long sword, I’ve got a squad of three who I intend to all make different fighting styles and visual personality. Loads of fun to paint and make!

I hate faces and always avoided them so this weekend I bit the bullet and just went for it. I feel barely more confident and still avoided the eyes - any tips?

Went for a slightly different paint scheme based off of an old White Dwarf article, pleased with how it came out! Show me your dreads!
