Got this cool Congress double deck, both still sealed, for like 4 USD featuring clown designs on the back, maybe from the 70s, not so sure. Looks pretty neat though, right?

What's stopping them from redoing all the console sprites so they look more consistent with how they appear in the original PC sprites and fixing all the wonky proportions especially in the CGs? The console sprites looks great ngl but it bothers me how different they can look from the original sprites sometimes, like their clothes change or some part of it is altered or is missing entirely. Not to mention the weird anatomy with characters like Tomitake and even Ooishi if you look at them closely. It's about time they redid all the sprites, maybe give them the same level of detail as the Umineko console sprites. If that cannot be done, I'll settle with a fan-made mod that retains the artstyle of the console sprites but brings back all the elements present in the original sprites that were altered for some reason.

A man who residents identify as a former drug addict was shot dead by police following an armed encounter at around 12:45 a.m. on Saint Catherine Street in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.

According to one of the police officers at the scene, officers were conducting a routine patrol when they encountered a man who appeared to be intoxicated. The officer said the man suddenly drew a .38-caliber revolver and fired three rounds before officers returned fire, striking him once in the chest and neutralizing the threat. Whether the shots fired by the suspect were directed at the patrolling officers remains under investigation.

Residents in the area reported hearing four gunshots during the incident. Some bystanders who had planned to gather nearby for drinks fled when the shooting broke out, leaving some of their belongings behind, including a bottle and a pitcher containing a mixture of gin and iced tea. Witnesses said the items were unrelated to the incident.

The suspect was still alive when emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.

Police recovered a .38-caliber revolver at the scene, which was immediately cordoned off as investigators processed evidence. The incident remains under investigation.
