Peace lily

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with my peace lily?? It’s been sad for ages, and I don’t know what to do with it. It’s in a window with indirect light, I water it weekly and also mist it a couple times a week, it was repotted about a year ago, I’ve fed it…..😫 it’s got dry ends, it’s droopy. Ive had it for years but have never been able to get it to thrive…almost ready to give up.

Anyone know what’s wrong with my peperomia?

Just noticed these brown indentations of the underside of some of the leaves of one of my teardrop pepperomias…anyone know what this is?? It’s just shown up in the last week. Up until now the plant has been happy, in a window with indirect light and watered twice a week to keep moist. Planted in a regular indoor potting mix.

My first pokemon hand embroidery and custom frame

I’m chronically ill/ADHD and need a project to keep my hands busy whilst physically resting and I landed on hand embroidery. This is the first of a series I’m making to hang on the wall above my couch. Next up the Primarina line in a dive ball frame!

My first pokemon hand embroidery and custom frame [OC]

I’m chronically ill/ADHD and needed a project I could work on whilst resting so I started hand embroidering my favorite pokemon evolution lines to hang on the wall above my couch. I also decided that they had to go in pokeball frames…so I’m making those too! This is the first one I’ve completed. Now working on Primarina.

Finished my first Pokemon evolution line!

After taking a 10 year break from embroidery I decided to start a project of embroidering my fave pokemon evolutions to frame and display. This is the first! Pretty happy with how it turned out.

First time sharing, my current WIP (after taking a 10 year break)…SO many more French knots to do! 😩

OMG my fingers and I hate doing French knots!! Other than that I’m pretty happy with how things coming along. I’m a perfectionist so I see every single flaw - but I’m trying not to! Also planning to add beads.

Feeling Torn and Anxious

As an independent who works exclusively with neurodivergent kids and teens (and also has one of my own on the scheme) I’m seriously afraid that I may be out of a job in a couple of years. The cohort that I work with seems to be a main target in terms of people they want to cut from the scheme entirely with these new changes. I’m feeling so torn and upset because I absolutely love my job, I’m good at what I do, and I greatly care about the families I work with. However, I’m thinking that I probably need to be figuring out a back up plan so that I can move out of the industry if my fears about the changes are correct? am I overreacting? I realize that the changes won’t be immediate so I have time to plan ahead, but I don’t really see myself working with a different cohort of participants since my skills and experience are all based around neurodiverse young people and I feel very aligned with this group (also ND myself). Is anyone else in the same boat?
