Got my first shaped deck 🤘🏽

Advice on quitting

Good morning :) I’ve been trying to quit vaping for a while now. But the issue I keep getting is I’d go about 4 days into not vaping and then just go ahead and buy one. No matter how hard I try I always end up going back. What are some ways that helped yall quit. Thank yall for listening 😁
