Guys I need a laptop for coding, editing and little bit of gaming my budget was 60-70k and I was thinking about getting this laptop, 2 days ago the price was 70K without service now it's 75K 😫, guys what should I do I was waiting for diwali sale expecting to get discounts but now it feels impossible 🥀. Should I get it now or wait for some magic to happen in diwali sale?

I'm preparing for CM1 and I've studied cashflow discounting but I'm confused which chapter should I study next. I haven't bought the study material so I'm confused, as of now I'm watching lectures on YouTube from The ActurialGuy CM1 playlist.
If anyone has cleared CM1 please drop your advice it will be helpful 🙏🏻

I'm a first year data science student in a tier 3 college and sadly I have to dropout of college because I cannot afford tuition fees anymore. It happened last semester when I was trying to arrange money for my remaining tuition fees but my college said I won't be allowed to sit in semester exams due to pending fees i requested the college authorities to give me atleast one month I will arrange it just let me give my semester exams but they still denied it, because of which I have a whole semester back total 8 papers. So now I owe the college 16K for back + 25K for fees total 41,000 rupees which I cannot afford nor my parents. Now I have to drop out after spending one year in College.
All of this would've never happened if I had not been scammed by network marketers. Back in December when everything was fine I was going to college regularly and had good score but one day one of my old friend called me casually and introduced me to this business startup thing, back then like everyone I also wanted to do my own startup then he said he might have a opportunity for me I said alright nothing goes wrong in knowing opportunities but one day I was sick resting at home he called me and said today is the day i will tell you everything about this opportunity just come to this domino's outlet for a meeting with his so called senior I refused and said I was sick we'll do this meeting any other day but he started forcing me to come no matter how many times I refused and explained but at the end he came to pick me up at home and I went there he was his senior he started hyping his senior like his achievements and blah blah blah I wasn't really paying attention all i knew was im sick i need to get home. It was like a interstellar moment where my future self was continuously shouting go back home say no. So I went there he explained everything and brainwashed me to believe colleges are dumb we should do startup business I didn't think much cause I was sick but in the end he asked me to pay 40,000 in one day or else I cannot join their prestigious organization I said no it was impossible to arrange that big amount in less than 4 hours I guess. But he and my friend still insisted i should do it also not to tell any friends or relatives about this plan as they might say no don't do it I was completely brainwashed at that moment. Then he comes to my house the same day despite me refusing countless times but my friend knew where I lived. My parents straight refused to pay any money that's when he shamelessely started saying ki loan lelo aur join karo at that moment my parents kicked them both outside house. Few days later they called me again for a followup as a so called application form cancel and again Brain washed me to borrow money from my cousins I arranged 15,000 and finally paid to get away from their harrasment yk these people they shame you disrespect you if you don't join their scheme they'll even shame you infront of your family for being a coward and not joining. After joining everything went according to their so called system. In the late January they planned a trip for Rajasthan in which they asked me for 14,000. I knew it was not possible because I already owe my cousins 15,000, so they started hyping thier rajasthan trip so much so I felt a FOMO if I didn't go (Ik at this point you might think I'll not go because I don't have money and already owe money) but guess what I took a personal Loan from Bajaj Finance☠️ of 15,000 and went on that trip later I realised That I was the only person on that trip who took a personal loan and came to rajasthan (Biggest mistake of my life) but no one was there to guide me or give me advise that I shouldn't do it. So now that loan is 50,000 with interest for 3 years. This blunder cost me my Laptop I was getting one for college and my college fees which is impossible to arrange. I left their organisation after a week from that trip no actually the kicked everyone for not performing and making others victim of their pyramid scheme.
I'm devestated since then Im unable to pay for college I have to dropout and go for dummy college degree i don't have enough money for admission into a good college. If only I had not joined their organisation I would've been doing great
Final message don't go into such meeting or organisation promising business and startup and be careful in college if someone is saying opportunity. And if you find yourself in such situations just google their company name and findout if they are doing Direct selling business or network marketing

Last year I took admission into bsc Data science in a below tier 3 college and I am regretting it. I have semester 2 exams from this 27th of April and practicals are ongoing but I'm not attending any of it, because I want to drop out of my college because this college is big shit, literally it's the worst college of my city. There is no future for me if I stay in this college, the campus life is shit the professors are worst and peers don't ask. I'm frustrated from this college but I seriously want to pursue data science and get high package and I have decided to pursue bs data science and applications from IITM standalone. I know there will be no campus exposure but I think it's better to stay alone rather than spending years sitting with brain fucked idiots. Social life will be fucked but I can figure out ways to stay sane
