unjustified & continuous account restriction
My account was restricted (unable to transfer cash out) after I attempted to transfer money to my other brokerage account. Called Monday morning at 9am after they blocked the transfer. I was told I would get a call back within 72 hours. I didn’t receive a call so I called today. They gave me the run around. They said my account is “still under review” and they can’t tell me the exact reason why. They also said it will be an additional 72hrs until I hear back. When I finally spoke to “supervisor” I told them They cannot keep rolling it over as a placeholder while neglecting my file. On Monday I downloaded all documents/statements required to prove my identity and account ownership.
Let’s see how fast they move after they receive FINRA and SEC formal complaints.

Very intriguing name I’d say….
HELM-like what controls a ship?
EX-like the universal name of exchange?
GLOBAL- like to make easier to route tokenized copper or gold via European MiCA compliance paths?
LLP-like a mask to conceal the puppet master?
It’s almost LIKE corporate attorneys are saying HELMEX GLOBAL LLP is the entity that holds the steering wheel of the global token exchange.
