Sidewall damage

This is a Continental Ultrasport III tire, it has maybe 100 km. Today the wheel slid sideways on the rear of the horizontal dropouts of my vintage steel frame and the tire rubbed the frame (should have tightened the QR more), I only noticed it after 1.5 or 2 km, and it obviously caused some damage. It's gone, right?

Scratches on carbon Steerer Tube

I removed my stem for the first time, to change stack height, and noticed these scratches, one of which looks a little deep. There is no movement when pressing, no feeling of loose fibers, no cracks inside the steerer either. Does this mean it's just cosmetic?
