JB/Nick Jonas song playing in Target??

I am not a typical Target girly. I went in there the other day and realized there was either a Jonas song or a Nick only song playing. I was on the phone so I tried quickly to get off and Shazam it, but it was too late. It was not a song I’ve ever heard before but it was very catchy, poppy, upbeat. I believe there was someone else singing with him. It was not a JB album song, that’s for sure.

This is a horrible description but if anyone knows what song it might have been, I’d love for you to take a guess!

Market research - not selling!

Do you currently use any type of Omnipod cover or sticker? (NOT an overwrap or overpatch for better adhesion.)

If yes, what do you like or dislike about what’s currently available?

If no, why not?

Do you think the market already has enough options of stickers, wraps, etc. used to decorate pods?

What designs or features do you wish existed?

Would you prefer something decorative, protective, or both?

Is there anything that would make you say, “I’d actually buy that”?

My reasoning for asking: I have been a T1D for 20+ years. I’ve used pods for about half that time. I saw someone decorate a pod for July 4th and had a cool idea to create pod wraps/reusable covers. This would not be anything adhesive, would not affect adhesion, would not “improve” the functionality. It simply would be decorative. Now, maybe there could be a slight padding of some sort to protect from painful bumps, but that’s it. Is this something you’d use? Be totally honest, please!

Skincare for 30 somethings

Hello!

I am finally out of the motherhood trenches and really wanting to start taking better care of myself (iykyk). I actually have time now to spend on myself, and I’d love for my skin to feel better.

I’m in my early 30s. I don’t really have wrinkles or fine lines yet because my chubby cheeks are still doing the heavy lifting. 🤪 My skin used to be super oily, but now I’d describe it as normal to slightly dry.

The problem is, I feel completely out of the loop. My skincare history is basically Cetaphil, Stridex pads, and witch hazel.

I don’t want a 20-step routine. If I could have a cleanser, a moisturizer, and maybe one extra product if it’s really worth it, that would be ideal. I only wear makeup a few times a year, so I don’t need products that play nicely under makeup.

I’d love gentle advice for someone who’s finally ready to take care of herself after spending years taking care of everyone else. What products would you recommend, and what simple routine has actually made a difference for you?

Amlodipine during winter months?

Hi! I developed Raynaud’s years ago but it was very very minor. Well now as a side effect from Qulipta use, it has intensified majorly. I know stopping the medication would help but I honestly don’t want to. It has helped my migraines too much.

My biggest issue is my toes. They’ll turn white and get really painful. My fingers occasionally do it too, but it’s mostly my toes. I live in Georgia, so it’s not like I’m out in snow all day every day, but everywhere blasts the A/C in the summer and that alone can trigger it.

My doctor suggested starting Amlodipine 2.5 mg, but I’m hesitant because my blood pressure already runs low-normal, and I’d really rather not end up on a BP med long term if I can avoid it.

So I’d love to hear whether anyone has managed this successfully without medication, and experiences with low-dose amlodipine specifically.

Thanks in advance. This has been way more annoying and painful than I expected.
