Hi everyone

So ex partner and I have been separated for about a year now. We had brought a house together previously before we had our kid so both names on the mortgage.
However now as I’m unable to work full time due to having full time care with the kids, I’m receiving the payment, whilst she is working.

However as we’ve tried refinancing we’re unable to do that due to me not working. We have written a contract between us legally but just a tad worried as we’re both still on the mortgage even though we’re not living together at same address.

Is there anything else we should do? Had also posted a while ago but stuck as can’t refinance due to not working have made agreement of one keeping the offset acct of savings whilst other will keep the house with the kids.

Hi everyone

Just wondering has anyone recently completed the masters of teaching primary at VU. I passed the Casper and got accepted looking at starting in a couple weeks.

My major trouble is with 2 kids and single having 3 days on a 2-5 schedule and not being able to really work those days all as I to have to go into the uni as none is online.

Just wanting to ask anyone who has completed did you go to all classes?
And overall how hard was the actual course?, as it seems to be very differing.

Hi everyone

So we had split up about 8-9 months ago however we still have the mortgage under both names. As we have our son currently on ndis so she is unable work as it’s full time really with him.

We couldn’t take names off the mortgage and our private child support agreement was that I’d help cover the mortgage for the time being. Everything is still amicable and want the best for our son really that’s all.

So just we had the mortgage under both names however all the bills are just under her name as I’d moved back into my dad’s due to the living situation. Is there anything else we need to do? Everything has already been approved
