Bolt bounce on .22 Magnum
Filmed a friend shooting my M4 Magnum and noticed this quite obvious bounce. The only issues I've had so far are failures to extract - although these are really regular especially when using Remington WMR (still happens with CCI MM but not as regularly).

Aside from shortening the barrel to 14" there's nothing else that should affect the cycling of the bolt.

Is this something to fix? Maybe the culprit for failing to extract?

Looking for mentor / someone to shadow (Worcs/West Mids)
Relatively experienced shooter although have not had a ticket for very long. I mainly shoot practical disciplines.
I'm looking for someone to shadow or a mentor to get back into hunting. As a kid I used to hunt rabbits with family on an estate that had a mixomotosis problem, and some general pigeon shooting over their fields of rape and sugar beet. Wildfowling every now and again, that sort of thing.
If there's anyone in Worcestershire / the West Midlands that wouldn't mind having a tagalong to teach whilst they go about their permissions that would be really helpful. I'm mostly interested in foxing, pigeon and other pest control but will consider anything that would be a learning experience.
References from clubs available so you know you aren't taking some psychopath out with your guns.

Clamp-on Front Sight Base
So here I am in the UK, minding my own business, trying to make a Block II clone out of a .22wmr Tippmann Magnum.
You know what the hardest thing to find is? An A2 (F) front sight that clamps on to a barrel (no gas block on the .22wmr). Armalite made them and now they don't.
The closest thing I can find is a Hera Arms but only in the US and it's $75 - and they won't ship out of the US! Brownells has drawn a blank too.
Any other manufacturers out there? I've looked everywhere.
