Teeth worn down

Hi All,

This is my 3 year cockapoo and I have noticed her teeth look grinded down. I am not sure if she has an over bite and that could be the reason (see pic 2) or is it her toys/bones she likes to chew? She doesn't really like tennis balls but is a big fan of cloth like animals for tug of war and absolutely loves chewing collagen sticks/bones. Would appreciate any advice about how to prevent further damage or possible reverse any. If your dog went through this and you found things that helped please share those as well. Thank you all for your help!
