How did you learn how to make Thumbnails?

I want to pursue YouTube HARD like my no 1 hobby I love making content, I think I'm decent at editing as I used to work as a freelance video editor but that NOTHING to do with Images. I would like to spend a LOT of time learning to create high end thumbnails as I feel like that's an important entry gate into content Engagement.

But where do I start ?

calling anyone who is a semi successful GAMING Youtuber OR someone who watches a lot of gaming content, can you please look at my latest video and just be completely honest and see if its something you would watch? im trying to improve every video as i keep gaining experience. so any opinions would help and if you could be detailed id very much appreciate it, wether its script, speaking voice, thumbnail, clips, music. ANYTHING, im serious about improving. thank you

I need insight from YouTubers who consistently make a few 100 $/£s a month

My goal is to make roughly £300-£500 a month from YouTube consistently. I'm just starting out with long form.

I would like some advice from others who started from nothing and now have a stable small income a month and what some things you did early on that stick with you that you didn't realise at the start.

Even if they are small or big I would like to hear some of the absolute most important things in YOUR mind that you changed that got your content to start being consistently viewed.

took a big break, now im back

old

new

so i used to upload faceless AI voiceover videos for maybe 2 months and 1 video blew up, decently well, but wasnt enough to get me monetised unfortunately so it was basically useless.

i came back now on Day 5 of consistently uploading NOT Faceless or AI, its reactionary/Commentary content and im at about 260k within those 5 days(technically 4 because im not done for today yet) but im hoping everything ive learned from that previous experience helps me this time. so far it seems MUCH better with the way im proceeding already compared to the old strats i used to use. View Jail doesnt exist for me anymore and ive learned many ways to avoid it. I wish everyone else luck and good fortune and i will update on my Journey in the coming days/weeks

PLEASE HELP

Im 25M 188lbs 25% body Fat.

Im super super super interested in fasting. I have a trip coming up 28 days from now. I really want to do a proper fast.

Please advise me on how to properly start a fast?(PREFERABLY NOT WEEKS OF PREPARATION)

Just what to do for maybe 3/4 days leading up to a fast and how to make the entry smooth.

Thanks

How do you start a fast?

Do you guys start just randomly the next day after eating like normal? Or do keto first then water fast? Etc etc. because I think my reasons for failing most times is because I jump right into it

I need help fasting

Im 25M 188lbs, 25% body fat.

I've attempted every diet under the sun, from keto to OMAD, intermittent fasting, small cal deficit, large cal deficit etc etc but I can never stick to them long term and I think it's mainly from the lack of noticable change. I NEED that Gratification to keep going and at such a high body fat I don't ever see any progress visually.

I have attempted a few water fasts in the past, my longest was 45 hours.... I can never make it to 3 days, I wanted to ask, Ive seen MANY people start keto first then transition into a Water fast. Because it makes it easier as your body is already fat adapted and depleted from Glycogen.

Any advice or tips on how to make fasting easier?

*I drink electrolytes during it too
