Cracking/splitting reoccurring. Should I continue infills?

Cracking/splitting reoccurring. Should I continue infills?

Hi there, I've been going to the same lady a while now and having builder gel and French manicure with colour on the ends this time I chose black. However this time and last time I had builder gel only with French manicure and other times my nail has split and cracked and its just over a week since I has them done. There's also an air bubble in one of them which I complained about (AIBU about that?) She said its nothing to worry about but it looks a bit sh** to me. Should I go somewhere else... is this normal? Is it likely my nails or is she not doing a good job? I don't like to criticise I don't know much about nails. I know mine are weak anyway but wondering if I should continue with infills, go somewhere else or get them soaked off and give my nails a breather? TIA

Is Bolt a good source for Mounjaro?

I've been off Mounjaro since last November because of the price hike and trying to save up a bit. Obviously I haven't been eating right and weight is creeping back on so looking for best places to get Mounjaro that are cheaper. Bolt looked quite promising, although its a subscription, but now ever since visiting their website Bolt is appearing after every Facebook video, all over my social feedsnetc etc. It kinda puts me off then because the ads are done by AI bots and it just comes across really scammy because of this. Has anyone used Bolt and can assure they're NOT scammy, or verify that they ARE? Much help appreciated or alternatives either. Thank you!

Best things to prevent spitting?

Recently my 5 year old has started spitting at school. He does at home too but not as often. I feel it's derived from.oral sensory seeking as he does a lot of stims with his mouth and recently has started getting a wobbly tooth which I feel may be a factor. At school though they have said he has done it as a negative behaviour as well because he laughs after he does it and has spit at people. I am not 100% on board with that as I think he doesn't understand that its wrong but we have been telling him its wrong and taking away his devices when he spits to try and discourage it. I've started to feel though this is counter productive and am trying to introduce other things to do with his mouth like making sounds like smacking lips together like when you put lipstick on and he really likes the sound when he does that with his mouth. I've said to him, if you feel like you need to spit, do this instead. I'm hoping he will try to do that instead and I've also said spitting is only for the sink after teeth brushing. He has a chewie but he doesn't always like wearing it. Its in the shape of an oreo but maybe its the wrong shape I'm wondering if there's any other chewables that people would recommend? Also have thought about introducing chewing gum like toothpaste reminding him not to swallow but obviously he won't be allowed that at school but whether to let him have some gum for a bit in the morning to get him used to having that oral sensory input to discourage the spitting later on. We've also discussed and watched videos about losing teeth and the tooth fairy and he's excited about that, just in case he was anxious about his wobbly tooth. If anyone could help with this I'd be extremely grateful as its srill an ongoing issue at school. Many thanks.
