I-601 WAIVER WAITING ABROAD
TEXAS SCOPS (SRC)
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY BREAK THIS UP (ABROAD VS USA ) INTO DIFFERENT SECTIONS ?
I heard SCOPS is supposed to take abroad only, but I’ve seen some post from people that have I-485 saying there was at SCOPS?
My understanding is once a waiver gets sent out, it’s just in line so first come first serve essentially.
Any info is appreciated
I have children, but my most concerned is my oldest, she just turned 14.
She's amazing, kind, generous, smart and so much more!
We have had a very difficult time. Dealing with grief, trauma accident, and now the separation due to immigration.
Lots of behaviors, seeking boys, spamming friends/ boys via text until someone responds back.
she is on adhd due to lack of being able to do stuff, can just sit and ignore duties you know, bad w timing, etc
She is also on sertraline for depression and anxiety, like I said we have been thru a lot, me struggling so much to I just owell give her some meds😔
Hard to obey, she's been talking back, lieing, saying hurtful things, raising her voice screaming, has no respect for me or siblings
Used to love to sing and act and play sports and orchestra and now just wants out of it all
So I sat here today just going thru her phone I know wrong but I'm her mom and I just want to make sure she's okay!
She seems to look and look and even some guys n friends are like saying she's annoying and weird.
She sometimes tells me she's dumb n all that other negative stuff
And all I do is blame me 😭 , I think I've raised her wrong! Seems she has no respect for herself, lacks love for herself, has lots of attention seeking and all that stuff too.
She gives up very easy or just says whatever I won't make it in life anyway,
Help, help, help I'm such at a loss and broken even more internally like is it to late to help her??? Or have I doomed her 😩
I've literally just reached out for therapy for me and her, so I'm sure tomorrow I'll hear from them.
I just don't understand how our lives can be such idk, if not death or immigration and now so much uncertainty, so much worry and I know I'm depressed,. Idk I wish I could turn back the time
What year month did you send waiver and what year month were you approved ?

Second medical was turned in last week, we had updates on Ceac everyday Sept Friday, it’s now Monday! And still nothing yet😩

Tengo mi segunda cita en Juárez este mes, y me mandaron decir k vaya y paga la visa en la ventana d información del consulado de Juárez.
Alkien sabe si ahí mismo me van a pedir mi pasaporte y kedarse con el?
O debería ir a pagar ya cuando ya tienen los resultados d mis examen médico?
La clínica me dijo k después d la cita, lo mandan asta el día siguiente en la tarde, debería d pagar la visa ya después k yo se k la sistema tenga los resultados , o nomás voy y pago todo después d mi cita el mismo día ?

Has anyone ever recieved email to go pay the visa fee at the information window after medical exam ? And do they ask for the passport there and keep it ?
