Human nature allows jolin to either amplify or de amplify traits within the human body when making contact with his stand or his touch.
By amplifying he can for example increase the physical strength of his muscles. This could also reflect on his stand making it a bit more physically potent.
It can increase his eyesight, making him see things more clearly from far away almost giving him greater vision than a hawk.
He can increase the elasticity of his skin, making it capable of elongating like rubber and being a bit more durable.
He can increase the feeling of pain within a person making them experience more pain then they actually experienced by targeting pain receptors.
He can dim someone’s vision by making contact with their eyes.
He can practically defen you by making contact with your ears.
If he manages to touch your head, he can possibly dim your perception abilities making you experiencing things way more slowly.
He can only apply two deamplify/amplify at one given time.

About the user:
Jolin is an extremely compassionate person that believes everyone is capable of change but sadly in the following journey he will realise that he needs to be selective with his empathy. Ever since he was a child, it’s only been him and his mother Ramona Jostar. she is the bastard daughter of Joseph JoStarr in the new universe, being born from a drunken mistake between Joseph and one of his female colleague. The female colleague not wanting to ruin Joseph‘s life or his relationship with Susie P, she decides to keep this a secret but still ends up giving her daughter the last name Jostar not wanting to rob her daughter of her heritage. Jolin wants to be worthy of the title of Jostar that’s why he strives towards heroism wanting to be a shining star of Hope.
Another fact about jolin he was naturally born with the ability to be able to dislocate any and every bone in his body at will and be able to pop it back in place. this allowed him to form the technique he called zoomi punch by dislocating his shoulder and amplifying the elasticity of his skin. This allows him to shoot out longer punches and gives him a very reliable mid distance range ability

Honestly, even though mountain Tim is supposed to be a good guy, sadly the feelings he has toward‘s Lucy is obviously paedophilic but for some reason it’s presented more romantically than just him being attracted to her sexually which is still absolutely wrong but like if Lucy was of age, I might’ve honestly shipped them, but still it’s nasty as hell and I wish araki either made Lucy of age or made Mountain Tim Lucy’s age. (ps if he was honestly it would make me like his character even more, a young cowboy who cares deeply about a young girl he thinks is married to a paedophile)

So JoJo’s bizarre adventure part six we get introduced to a new way to get a stand via pucci’s stand discs and another thing when jotaro brings the pendant to the prison and it had in a stand arrow shard, the shard is never returned inside the pendant so that means the shard is still at large in the prison and one thing part four showed us about the arrows is that they have a mind of their own and the ability to move around in the direction of people with powerful souls/stand potential so after giving that context, my theory is that not all the green dolphin State prisoners/staff were given their stands via disc and I believe I have some evidence that proves this.

1\*:the stand arrow shard still being at large and as previously stated the nature of the arrow and the shard and its ability to move around in the direction of people that have the potential to awaken stands strongly suggest that some of the foe’s we see might have been awakened by one.

Before I carry on with the evidence, I’m going to list all the stand users that my theory is talking about

You may be wondering why I haven’t listed the other characters I listed in one of the two categories well that’s because I’m going to tell you my theories about the nature of them having it stand.

1: for lang rangler some some might say that he given his stand via disc, but I have a theory that says otherwise. So we see that Lang rangler for some strange reason has suction cups on his hands and this actually would allow him to ignore the zero gravity has stand can cause by being able to just stick onto surfaces like Spider-Man and not to mention that his stand design compliments his appearance now whether this is just araki being the artist he is or whether it was intentional is up to debate but I do believe it’s possible he was awakened from the shard but it’s also the theory that has the least evidence behind it but I promise the others are more coherent. (Ps we also never saw his disc leave his body)

2: Viviano Westwood. Now this can go either way I believe similar to the first theory this one doesn’t have as much evidence but I will talk about the points that made me suspicious, now he had no idea he had a stand or anything of the sort nor how to use it now I do know that this is similar to thunder McQueen since he also did not acknowledge he had an ability nor did he remember gaining it because the memory of him getting it was removed by Whitesnake,but Westwood doesn’t necessarily show any signs of being an agent of pucci not to mention that the only reason he fought was because of the anger caused by survivor but it could be possible that he was a unwilling agent of Pucci and since we never saw his disc leave him it could be either of the two, it could be possible that pucci gave him the disc or it could be possible that pucci found out that Westwood gained a stand and decided to make him a pawn in his game.(ps another reason it could be a disc stand is because visually it does not match him)

3: now here’s where things get interesting kenzio in my eyes is personally the one with the most evidence to suggest that his stand was not given to him by a disc now part four introduced us to the idea of stand’s gained by profession e.g( tonio , aya) and we know that he is a master of feng shui to the point where even that saved him from dying when the building him and his followers committed suicide in I think either burnt down or collapsed. Now I believe that thanks to his profession in feng shui since he has spent a long time in prison he might’ve kept honing it and finally awakened dragon’s dream. The stand literally compliments his knowledge of feng shui and without it he wouldn’t have been as much of a threat as he was and a possible point where he awakened dragons dream was when he fully mastered feng shui assassination that could easily be the peak he needed reach in his profession of feng shui to awaken the stand and I personally lean more with this interpretation than it being from the arrow shard or a disk and I personally believe that’s most likely what araki had in mind when he made the character and his stand, but considering we don’t know how long he’s been in solitary confinement, it could’ve been possible that the shard recently made its way to him and gave him a stand.

4: for D an G the reason I suspect it isn’t a disc stand is because of the visual similarity between him and his stand now again you could say that the reasoning was because araki it’s an amazing artist that likes to keep coherent designs between the stand and the user but it could easily be possible that the shard also made its way to D an G especially if you lean with your interpretation that also kenzio got from a shard considering Jolene does spend a fair time in prison it’s highly possible that both him and kenzio we’re already in solitary confinement for a long time and if the arrow shard made its way to them quickly they more than had enough time to get used to their abilities.

5: for miu miu this is a case of again the design of the stand being very much complementing to her design not to mention how she is a very adapt user at using her ability and like some of the previous cases we never see her disc come out so it’s give some merit to my interpretation of it being because of the shard because as a chief if she sees something as shiny as that shard lying around somewhere she’s most likely gonna investigate and if she gets pricked by it, I believe she would have the potential to gain a stand considering she has an evil soul because of how she looks down on criminals, even though you could say that that’s a logical way of thinking it’s still too much of a narrow view because being a criminal is not just about black-and-white.

2\*: now I’m gonna give a theory that disproves my theory just to show that I have thought everything through it could have been possible that all the listed ones were given stand discs and araki decided not to show the discs leaving their body, but there could also be a fate related reason hear me out knowing how fate works in JoJo. It could’ve easily been that these people were always fated to get these stands from discs, basically making it that these we’re always meant to be their stands even if originally it belonged to someone else and that’s why their appearance compliments their users and their personalities and strengths and weaknesses and considering we know that Pucci has been planning for a long time it could’ve been possible that characters like miu miu, kenzio and D an G have spent a long time at the prison and Pucci has been grooming them to be his henchman and allowing them time to hone their abilities. It fits with the theme of Pucci being two steps ahead.

SPOILER WARNING FOR: TWILIGHT PRINCESS, SKYWARD SWORD, WINDWAKER , OCARINA OF TIME YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

So I saw a YouTube short that said the whole thing about a gerudo being born every 100 years was a lie or I guess he was also insinuating that it got retconed because of the whole 10,000+ years stretch without a single male gerudo being born, now. It totk/age of imprisonment we find out about ganon and how he was imprisoned under Hyrule castle meaning that for all these years he never truly died he may have lost more complex cognitive abilities consider considering when we fight him in botw he is more monstrous than he is conniving and clever which was probably due to the fact that Zelda has been fighting him for a long time trying to drain his power so he doesn’t escape. Now onto my evidence to why I think that statement still holds up is because of skyward sword and demise, we know that in skyward sword there were no gerudo at least during that time period. And if you have played the game and beat in it you would know that demise is the reason why the curse exist and why the cycle exist and not to mention the gerudo do you kind of look like demise their dark skinned with red hair and very tall and usually very built it could even be possible that the reason the gerudo started to exist was because of the curse but this is kind of a stretch but it’s still possible now we know that Gannon in his previous interpretations was more complex than just straight up evil in ocarina of time he seemed like just a flat villain, but Windwaker showed us that the real reason he wanted to take over hyrule was to give his people a land they can thrive in he said it himself the winds of the deserts only brought death while the winds in hyrule brought prosperity and not to mention in twilight it was also the same Gannon as ocarina of time and there has obviously been a large timeframe between his imprisonment and before that. now here’s the point my theory is trying to make the whole thing about one male being born every 100 years was never erased from the story or ever a lie I think that the reason no male was born in the huge timeframe after his imprisonment was because he didn’t die. The curse is about the constant clash between good and evil between Gannon and Zelda and Link and considering we know that fate and destiny is an important part about Zelda it’s most likely that the only reason why a male gerudo is born every 100 years is to keep the cycle going showing that this most likely is the curse taking its course so if Gannon never died there wouldn’t be a reason to bring about a new male not to mention that in botw urbosa says something along the lines of(it was said that calamity Gannon once took the form of a male gerudo which gives me a reason to make this personal and all the more delicious) so it’s obvious that him not dying it’s the reason why no male was born to the point where even the gerudo themselves might’ve actually forgotten about this piece of information and an ancient tradition considering it’s been thousands of years since he was born.
