tier ranked the rivals based on how sorry i feel for them

with the majority of the 202X rivals it's my headcanon eliminations, everyone else goes off their canon ones

(here's my headcanons for reference: kizana is crushed, oka has a fake suicide, asu is drowned, muja is betrayed, mida is fired, osoro is framed, hanako is matchmade, and megami is bullied)

Bubble Theory (Episode 9)

>!Am I the only person who thinks that the Blue AI is Bubble? He became progressively antagonistic toward Caine as the episodes went on and it otherwise went nowhere. I think Caine tried to suppress him, but he slowly pulled back enough of his original self to start mocking him. It also explains why he was completely unconscious when he and Caine got deleted.!<

why are you guys so hyped about ddlc 2?

seriously. i think ddlc works perfectly well as a solo game, so unless dan salvato promised another one, i don't see why everyone's so desperate for it. probably going to get downvoted to hell for this take, but i've said my piece

what's something about the lore you don't actually mind?

i.e. a piece of writing you would keep in the game if chalex gave full ownership of yansim to you.

i'll go first: i think taro being a boring, dry, vanilla ice cream type character isn't actually a bad idea. at its core, yansim is an anime parody - anime protagonists are often blank slates for the viewer to project themselves onto, especially in romance. i would like him to have a few more details and notable personality traits (like the trash can scene in week 2) but overall i think he should stay pretty generic

less than an hour of gameplay and i've accidentally made a new euphemism

i think what makes this funnier is that my dnd character (the one on the right) is a lesbian 😭

of all the places i expected wales to be mentioned..!!

i was replaying holly's route and this hit me like a truck. my best friend's welsh, and this is the first time i've seen welsh culture mentioned in anything that wasn't made by the bbc! i really have to recommend the game to her now : )

Does it have as many bots as c ai? I tried y/n and it was amazing, but I had to leave because it didn't have as much variety as I wanted

I also heard you hhave to pay for janitor ai, is this true?

the hot + book smart trait combination is so funny

like most of the hot-exclusive lines make cousin look like a himbo (or whatever the gender-neutral equivalent is) and then when everyone's guard is lowered you randomly pull out some niche knowledge centered around the rennaisance. it's hilarious
