Need advice to tackle them to ensure I pass on the subject level.

(I understand that a subreddit for GS India exists but I feel the guidance I seek can come from people all across the world)
I would be grateful if experienced folks can give genuine guidance on how to navigate the time period, how to find mentors and develop a good rapport with seniors. Also as someone with a goal to break into front end IB/GBM down the line, how should I leverage this opportunity?
Advice on everything from office politics to coffee chats would be extremely welcome. Main aim is to grow, network well and develop good bonds.
P.S (probably department specific) is there a particular dress code or shirts and slacks/trousers would work fine? Thanks a ton!
