is hostel mandatory in these colleges?? i heard they sometimes make u pay the entire hostel fees in deemed unis.....is that true for west bengal state quota as well???

about a month left for reneet....i am giving mocks but my scores remain in the 550 to 600 category always....i cant seem to increase it to the 630 to 650 range
