Help ease my mind please. One of things that people always preach abt accounting is na stable job market and high salary bla bla bla. Recently may nakita ako on reddit na this 2026 dont take bsa course because kahit mga CPA unemployed na. How true is this? Oversaturated na ba talaga ang field? Can’t help but see some truth to their statement kasi kahit sa reddit sub na ito maraming nagbebeg/look for work through referrals or whatnot

For context, I come from a private SHS na halos buong batch namin will study in the Big 4. I unfortunately did not pass and currently in the process for reconsideration. It doesn’t help that my older siblings are studying in said universities and got in with ease. It doesnt help that my desired course is BSA. So aside from not getting into a Big 4 University, there’s also the possibility that I may end up failing or shifting even if I pursue it in another school.
All I want to do is sleep so that hindi na ako mag isip. When I am awake, my chest feels tight like I cant breathe + fast heartbeat. And dahil summer, all I can do is sleep and eat. But even eating feels like a chore and naduduwal nalang ako lagi.
I dont know what Im hoping to get out of this post. All I know is that I am not mentally okay and I need someone to talk to.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but ik medyo marami din katulad ko na lurkers here. Do you guys think magkakaron pa ng chance that slots will be re-opened? (ex: someone will withdraw their enrollment) What next steps are you guys taking- in terms of choosing school? How about naman in terms of self-care management cuz ilang days na ako malungkot haha. For context, my back-up schools are UE and San Beda. If any alumnus or knowledgeable person could give me advice, please do so. Thank you.
