Labour overtake Reform; Burham by far most popular leader.
Submission post: The Burnham Bounce has kicked in, and Labour is back leading the polls for this first time in a year. Andy Burham is also the most popular leader by far with ratings at almost +20, which is unheard of in recent British politics. So the centre-left seems to still have some life left in it, and the populist right has slipped in popularity amongst a donations scandal. Caveat: still very much in the new PM honeymoon phase, and we'll have to wait for the Budget in the autumn for hard decisions to be made.
Everyone's favourite economist is giving up.
And of course he says he's giving up because it's all a real hardship and he's giving too much to the cause.
Nothing to do with him just recently presenting a TV show and in it getting slaughtered by anyone who actually knows anything about politics, money and economics.
Dan Neidle (the tax expert off of twitter) is to thank. It's on YT if anyone's interested.
This No. 10 North is the most yes and ho thing I've ever seen.

ITV are morons for going for the whole WC, not the BBC.
I've just seen a stupid tweet from someone moaning about the BBC doing the group games from home and ITV going there for the whole thing.

But why would you go for the group stages when I think maximum two games a day of the four are at watchable times? Also, the ITV studio doesn't even look like it's at a fan park or stadium or whatever, they've literally just gone there for the backdrop.

For a WC over such a massive area with more meaningless games than ever, it's right to not make the whole production team travel until the knockouts (aka when games actually matter).

And then you've got the license fee money which needs saving where it can. But I guess people will complain no matter what the BBC chooses to do.

But I did put grade: EXCELLENT
What do the ticks mean? Well, I thought you deserved some ticks.

How can it be "12 glorious months"?
Palace won an FA Cup about 12 months ago, won the Conference League this month. That's two glorious months. In-between, it's been absolutely awful: below average in the league, FA Cup embarrassment at Macclesfield. Are they included in the glorious months (must be according to this headline).
