When treating sleep apnea with machines fail, do doctors then try surgery?

I’m just curious, how are doctors able to see if machines have failed to cure sleep apnea in a patient? Does the patient themselves tell the doctor the machine isn’t working or do the machines provide data that tell the doctor the issue is still on going? And do doctors then choose surgery once they see the machines arnt working?

Can I report an injury that happened months ago?

Part timer, almost 2 years in. Basically what happened is that I injured myself but I didn’t know the severity of it because I thought it was just a sprain. Once I realized it wasn’t healing I decided to go to the doc and it’s more severe than I thought. It was during work but it’s been about 4-5 months since then.

I think I made my quad tear worse because I didn’t know I even had one

So I’ve been having knee pain for about 5-6months now. Idk why I thought the pain would go away when I first started having the pain but it just never got better. As long as I stayed off my knee I could walk and run etc. Anyways I finally went to the doctor and my doctor knew at an instant that it looks like I have a tear because I have divots above my knee. He doesn’t know the severity but I told him it cracks and pops a lot and that it hurts when I squat. Now I have to go see an orthopedic doctor to know how bad I tore it. My doctor said it might of not healed properly because I constantly lift and squat at work. Do you guys think I’ll be able to come back from this?

Did Knotts ever get rid of the AI merch?

I remember a couple months ago someone posted that Knotts was using AI to make t shirts and the shirt had several issues going on indicating that it was AI. I was just wondering if they actually stopped using AI to make merch?
