What’s with the horrible coverage/service lately?

TLDR

We haven’t seen a roach since we bought townhome 14 years ago, up until recently. Every freaking morning! Wife is pissed!

We are sure that they are coming over from the townhome next door. That unit is poorly kept up, their backyard is a mess, etc. Not even sure if the mom is still there, have only seen the high schooler every now and then. Bunch of cats inside. Animal control has have to take a few kitties away because someone reported on them for whatever reason.

We have HOA.

Should we report to the HOA and would they take action?

We keep our kitchen clean, no food or water sources left visible/accessible on kitchen counter or floor after bed time, etc.

We had the typical enclosed baits but those didn’t seem to work. Put some boric acid paste or poison we got from Amazon recently under the sink, over, etc and for the past few days, them roaches have been crawling out from somewhere. Killed 5 this morning alone.

What can we do? Anything effective we can use?

I like Chipotle, not going to lie. I’m ok with the price hike, but not so much when it’s on top of the reduction on protein portion. I was just at the Reston, VA location. Got regular chicken bowl, did not ask for extra chicken and did not get any “extra” chicken. The poor guy got yelled at by his coworker next to him, saying that he put too much chicken in my bowl. Again, it was just a regular portion of chicken. Moved a few steps down the line, supervisor again asked me if I got extra chicken. Told him no. Right before I paid, same supervisor asked me AGAIN if I got extra chicken. Was he putting me under some lie detecting test? No once wasn’t enough? I guess he saw a few pieces of chicken “sticking out” to the sides under the cheese and lettuce and assumed I got “double meat,” or maybe I was only supposed to get 5 pieces of chicken and he counted more than what I should have received.

What the hell is going on with Chipotle? Good grief!!

I might have to permanently ban myself from this chain. It’s ridiculous.

Do I call a electrician or handyman for this job? Do they always go into the attic and check the ducting to make sure it’s venting properly? I think that needs to be checked but I fear that the tech may not do that and literally just replace the unit.

Current fan is the cheap kind and I’ve already replaced then motor wheel. It’s too loud for the kids.

Started seeing this yesterday, where some users’ Chrome settings were defaulting to a non-US region. Doesn’t happen to all users at the same location, so that rules out Ip address geo related issues.

Anyone getting these reports from your end users?

No changes made to Chrome, no group policy setting to enforce region preference.
