am i crazy to expect that the level of detail that is shown on the panel be the same in the app?

yes i want to know that the panel is on battery power, or that a sensor is low on battery.

in some cases the app doesn't even reflect the same data at all. or displays it poorly. looking at the home screen, it says i have a 5bar cell signal. but then deep in the settings it says "cell signal: Poor"

i get the strong suspension that they are just vibe coding this app

very odd predicament ive found myself in. I live/work in the US, a client for my job lives there in AUS. They shipped a bunch of cosmetics to my boss, who has tasked me with forwarding to that side of the world.

i want to start off by saying, i have a total of 3 large FC in my city, one brand new maybe a year or two old at this point and massive in comparison to the 2 older ones.

i'm a credit card holder, and i like the cash back pretty okay and so i choose a slower delivery time on a lot of things, especially higher value things to get that higher % back. this normally adds an extra day, maybe 3 to the expectation.

can anyone explain to me why some things take 2 weeks to 'ship'? after the 2nd day i normally cancel the order. on occasion if its something i need or... now probably really need, i'll reorder it for fastest free shipping and it shows up on time. same product, same vendor.

oh and if i "add this to upcoming order" it breaks the entire order and now nothing ships.

what is going on here, its been happening about a year now when i noticed this tend?
