مقابلات العمل
السلام عليكم
بسالكم عن موضوع المقابلات و شو اسباب الرفض بعد العديد من المقابلات مع اكثر من شركة و المشكله انه الشركات ترفض تعطي اي فيدباك يخلي الواحد يحسن و يعرف يطور نفسه
هل مثلا (الصراحة) في المقابلة وانه اقول بما يرضي الله الي اعرفه و الي ما اعرفه هو السبب ممكن ولا كيف
و احترت هل اكون رسمي ولا ادخل و اسولف عادي ضمن حدود
علما انه من عندي اي خبرة بعد التخرج و الوظايف اغلبها entry level
