I need to travel ksi on August 7 between 9am to 4pm
Then August 10 naman I can travel between 12nn to 4pm

Just need to get your opinion on something, it has always been a dream of mine to be a host like maybe a bed and breakfast, then more recently as an Airbnb host, now I think I'm seeing an opportunity. I was thinking of renting a fully furnished condo unit near MOA , and subleasing it as an airbnb for the most of part the year. The current rent prices I see is between 18k-22k, for the higher price it does usually include the association fees which normally runs between 3k to 4k pesos. Plus of course payment for utilities and cleaners.
I would try to do things as remotely as possible, like having smart locks and stuff. Then just hiring cleaners to clean after every guest.
There will be times, maybe like 2 weeks every quarter where I'll be staying there myself. So those days will be blocked.
Do you think this is even viable? Any insight is highly appriciated as this will be my first big business adventure.🙏

Just a quick background. I'm a 30 yr old introverted tita, never been to the gym, have PCOS, and always struggled to lose weight and be healthy. But recently I got sick, and did chemotherapy so now I'm just trying to regain my life.
So maybe you can suggest a gym for me, here's a list of what I am looking for.
*Open 24/7 or early morning cause this tita is working as a VA and that's the time I'm available to workout
*Location should be in Manila. I live around Pandacan Manila and will be commuting to the gym.
*Have monthly subscription without the need for CC, I've read horrible accounts regarding cancelation of membership that ends up still being billed in CC.
*Have someone to guide me, cause I really don't have an idea on how I'll begin this journey

It's been a week now after OBT and we still haven't heard anything. I really like this game and I am a bit sad with how slow everything is rolling out. I think they are losing out on momentum. I just hope we get some news soon or people will start losing interest.
