Trakt’s first proper pop up at Daphne’s in Bedstuy!

Where to buy Armenian lavash? Manhattan/brooklyn/queens
Chefs, cooks, friends, fans and Armenians.. can anyone recommend any locally made lavash? Bakeries etc.. I know some groceries (sahadi’s included) stock Toufayan brand but I’m looking to level up.
Doesn’t necessarily need to be a local bakery but could also be a dedicated grocer that sources higher quality/fresher product

On victoria island for a week and change would love some recommendations!
Have time for 1 dinner in Victoria, several days in ucluelet, and a few around Campbell river.
Will be doing pluvio in ucluelet. Won’t be able to eek in Pilgrimme.
Casual, fine dining, open to anything that’s solid and ideally highlights local ingredients.
