Taking iron alternate days really works?

Hi!
Consuming iron alternate days really helps? Or it’s just another trend on the internet?
Please tell me.

Little improvement in hb

Finally! I can say that I can see improvement in my hb levels . On 18th april it was 6.4 and as tested on 16th may it is 8.2 .

Still anemic but progress!! I don’t know how it will be after periods how much dip it would take etc. but I hope it does not affect that much progress.

I don’t know why but iron bisglycinate did not work for me .Upheme is the name of the tablet . It had 60mg of elemental iron. But when I switched to other supplement I saw progress. I am still experiencing side effects and I consumed it daily. Not alternate days.

I am also consuming B12,folate and d3(weekly) . I consumed Lupiheme tablet for 10days . If consuming alternate days really helps then maybe I should give it a try!

But I really want to consume a supplement which doesn’t give any side effects like mood swings, bloating, constipation. So if there’s anything lemme know!

Any noticeable improvement in iron recovery journey after adding cofactors ? Vitamin , minerals?

I’m on my iron recovery journey and I am consuming iron pills and taking it with vitamin c .

As vitamin c helps in absorption . Is there any other vitamin, mineral which help in recovery?

I have been reading a lot :
1)Copper
2)Vitamin A

I am already consuming B12 ,d3, folate.

Has anyone tried with copper and vitamin A . Please post your experience!

Thank you.

Supplementing Copper in order to recover from iron deficiency

Hi !

I constantly suffer from having low iron . I recently got my CBC done in which my hb was 7.4 . I have been reading a lot that how copper is one of the co-factor in iron regulation.

I don’t know if I have low copper levels but I do have white hair . My B12 is 498 and d3 is 30 . I workout regularly. But I still have this condition.

Was really thinking about supplementing with copper bisgylcinate . Has anyone tried it and saw any noticeable difference?

I am already consuming iron tabs with vitamin C .

Thank you!

Connecting 2 monitors with one laptop

Hi there!

I am trying to connect my lenovo ideapad laptop with 2 monitors but I am not able to as the usb type c port doesn’t support video output.

I researched and found that I should be getting “usb3.0 to displaylink adapter” .

Any suggestions? Also is there any other way to connect?

Thanks

First time A/c buyer

Hey there! Recently I have been thinking about getting an A/C . I don’t know what are the dos and don’ts . When I walked into Vijay sales the guy tried selling me Panasonic.

Please answer my few questions:

  1. Inverter or non Inverter A/c which one better or how to rule out?
    2)For 1 person only A/C is required.
  2. More stars more efficient or just a marketing gimmick?

Thanks .

I am looking for a good hospital in kalyan west apart from ayush hospital. Please let me know if you know any?

My concern is that they are quoting me 15k for iron infusion(Ferric carboxymaltose) which I believe is pretty high.

Hey everyone!

Recently I have found out that I my Hemoglobin is 6.8 which is way too low and I should be getting iron infusions.

I was consuming iron supplements with vitamin c already every alternate day (not religiously)but still I did not see any changes.

I was consuming methyl cobalamin 1500mcg everyday and vit D3 every week. Because of those supps my hb never changes ?is it?

Currently I am consuming this syrup Dexorange twice a day with vit C . Hoping it to show some improvement.

Can anyone suggest heme iron supplements?

Hello everyone!

I have recently did my lab tests. My hb came out to be 6.9 which is very low and Serum iron is at 10 . I am 27f and my B12 ,D levels are fine but I always suffer with iron deficiency.

I was consuming Ferrous bisglycinate tablet with vitamin c every alternate days .

This frustrating for me because it directly impacts on my hair health and I want to correct it once and for all . Any suggestions?

I have also been reading about how hepcidin levels impact on iron absorption but my liver reports are fine .

Need help!
