So I made a tinder account with my number last week with my moms phone number, in case my number was still getting wrongfully banned from years ago. Her number said based on my location they’re requiring verification or I’ll be invisible. I deleted that account and I made a new one with my number since it worked. When I made an account with my number I didn’t get that same message. Is it just a random thing? Is it cause we had different area codes? I know probably no one’s gonna know but was just curious

So as a guy who used to wear athletic skinny jeans all my life. I have big thighs and smaller lower legs. Now I need to start wearing jeans again and don’t know wear to start. I want something that still has room in the thigh but not too baggy in the lower leg. I was gonna try the athletic slim but they only have 2 colors so that’s a no go and idk what the next style up is? Any suggestions and advice I’ll take!

Any tips of what I can spray in the air or the rugs/curtains/furniture, etc that can help with the smell? I’ve used baking soda on the rugs which helps for a little but then goes away.

With the way companies have our data and stuff as it is I don’t want to upload it. Am I overreacting? Like you already have my phone number, email, birthday, photos of myself. I just feel like drawing the line at my id. Like NY state doesn’t even ask for that, neither does my insurance, bank, or anything else but yeah I need it for a dating app…

In December of 2024 I got diagnosed with a panic disorder with agoraphobia. Cut to today, I’m still unemployed and hardly leaving the house. Granted I leave the house more than I did last year but still anxious about going to certain places or doing certain activities. I know everyone is different but what are your opinions on a timeline for progress? Like me being stuck at home for almost 2 years is on track or am I falling behind? I’m just curious to hear other people’s experiences or opinions

This company has been the bane of my existence. They always screw up my payments and no one knows what they’re doing. Everyone tells me something different and say “oh I don’t know why you were told that” everytime. I set up a payment plan and have a confirmation number. Once again they just so happen to know nothing about it. Get a letter today saying I owe money by tomorrow 5pm or they’re shutting my power off. Called and when I finally got someone they told me my plan doesn’t exist and even with a confirmation number it’s essentially “not their problem”. They can go get bent with that one.

So I’ve been on Zoloft for over a year and the last 2 months I started Effexor xr. The only side effects I experience is a couple hours after taking it I’m slightly nauseous. Not in a way that feels like I’m going to vomit just a discomfort feeling, which also leads me to not eating all day until 7/8pm when I need to eat to take another medication before bed. Which I’m lowkey fine with because I gained 50 pounds while experimenting with Abilify. My main thing right now since it’s starting to get hot is constantly being warm and the excess sweating. I know it’s a common thing with these meds but is it going to be like this entire time or will it stop once my body is adjusted? Cause I would like to able to enjoy time outside..ya know..for my mental health…and would be nice to be able to get the mail or throw out the garbage without dripping sweat lol. So any tips or advice or just your experience would be helpful!

This has probably been asked 100’s of times but I’m looking to get the heavyweight 2.0 tees. My issue is I’m kinda in between sizing. Mediums seem a little too loose and smalls are on the brink of being too fitted. Anyone that has experiences with these shirts do they shrink overtime in the dryer? Like if I get the medium they’ll slim out a little bit or stay the same?

So long story short my therapist wants me to start attending meetings for further healing. I did one virtual one and was interesting but obviously was new and didn’t know anything. Do I need to find a beginner meeting or it just doesn’t matter and I’ll get the hang of it? Do they also do ones for age ranges? Cause I’m 30 and the people in the meeting were like all 60+ so I was out of touch 😂. Just any overall advice for a first timer

Can Poshmark please make it that it’s required to put measurements/lengths of certain things? There’s a ton of shorts/pants I want, only to see there’s no inseam length and have to reach out to the seller to find out (There’s also the issue with being lucky to get a response). I’d be fine with a photo with a tape measure held up to it, but having no sizing info anywhere should be a crime 😭. Also would be nice to have an inseam filter when searching.
