struggle with sleep

i need to know if any other INTP’s struggle with sleeping.

i have one of the worst sleep schedules ever. and before you say “the phone” or “not enough daily walking”, i usually keep my phone away from me during sleeping hours and i do at least a minimum of 10k steps daily (which is still the bare minimum but whatever)

i’ve had problems sleeping since i was a baby. i’ve always been a night owl, even when i was like 2-3 years old. to now, i can stay up for 3 days before crashing.

i’ve tried different methods like melatonin, white noise but nothing seems to work

right now im on 28hrs and im still not tired. i’ve tried asking others if thats normal, but a lot think its a me problem.

anyways, i just wanted to know if any other INTP’s (or literally any of MBTI) struggle with sleeping and if they have any tips?

also, and this is so performative, but i know its stereotypical of INTP’s to go days without sleep because our brains are always stimulated, but even when my brain is completely numb (like no ideas, etc), i still struggle. even when i do sleep, i get at best 2/3hrs and then im up again.

anybody else struggle?
