If I ordered two items and they have different back order dates for certain components do they wait until the entire order is ready or do they ship items individually?

Who has dealt with CPO warranty? I bought this mini elyte driver in January and the crown popped off and cracked the range right before my round today. Wondering how CPO warranty department is with things like this.
