Late post but did anyone else get a carrot cake cookie last week and the workers didn’t put frosting or pecans on top? Like cmon a carrot cake cookie without cream cheese frosting is sad and pathetic. The workers told me they ran out of full size rainbow shake cookies hence the 3 minis, but didn’t bother to ask me if I was cool getting a carrot cake cookie without frosting. Rest of cookies were good and it was still decent but as someone whose favorite dessert is carrot cake, I was greatly disappointed. 6.2/10

749 calories 117 protein for about 3 pound bowl of food that tastes good. Could easily be 2-3 meals but I decided to eat it all.
-Two packets of Palmini linguini (454g): 121 calories, 6g protein, 24g carbs
-448g lean ground turkey: 476g calories, 103g protein, 6g fat
-450g fat free marinara sauce: 153 calories, 8g protein, 31g carbs
-40g water (for simmering with sauce)
Normally I don’t like palmini since it’s crunchy but this cooking method genuinely makes it taste close to normal al dente pasta.
First I rinse the palmini in a strainer while boiling some water. I salt the water and add the palmini to boiling water for 10 minutes. At the same time I brown the turkey in a pan then add the sauce and water plus you can add some extra Italian seasoning/garlic. I let the turkey and sauce simmer for 10 minutes, then put the boiled palmini in the turkey and sauce mixture and simmer on low for another 10 minutes. This removes most of the crunch from palmini and it tastes so good. This would be even better if you add Parmesan but I just wanted to maximize protein to calorie ratio for this meal.
