VTI or VGT, should I invest in VXUS?

I am new to investing (31F). Please be gentle with me 🤣 I currently have AMZN, APPL, VOO, and VFIAX in my individual brokerage. I am trying to diversify my portfolio more. I know I need BNDS at some point.

But I am not sure if I should invest in VTI or VGT? And do I need VXUS?

For people who are 10+ years into TBI recovery, do you still need to pace your social life and manage your social energy? Or like stay in bed or sleep a lot? My partner has told me before sometime days or weekend he rest for the entire day and doesn’t come out of his room.

Oops I wasn’t able to change this to family support on the post. also, please share as much as you are comfortable. I am genuinely curious and would like to understand my partner more. Thank you guys, I value your time :)
