Hi hello po! Papa help lang po sana. Just got mg first salary today. Bali 10 24 yung payout namin pero inisang payment siya today (advanced for the whole month)

Nagulat lang ako sa wtax ko since around 2,189 siya. Ganito po ba talaga computation? Ginagmit niya yung “semi-monthly” na table. Hindi po ba dapat yung monthly since monthy yung payout?

Masiyadong malaki po kasi including yung mga gov contrib ko. Umabot around 4,200 lahat lahat. 25k is my basic btw.

I’ve been thinking about my career in the near future. To be honest, i really want to land in a jobs related to internal audit (such as risk and compliance, internal controls, policies).

I am an internal auditing graduate. And planning to get an experience muna sa current company ko the role is treasury-investment. At first, it’s good naman pero I really don’t see myself long term here. I like working more sa audit rather than sa operation side of the company. I also like doing fieldworkss and gusto ko mas malawak yung sakop ng job ko rather than sa treasury since focused lang kami sa processing and settlement.

I’ve been thinking if mahihirapan ba ako to shift career from treasury to internal audit? And what advice can you give as someone na nag s shift roles after 1-2 years from previous work.
