Hi! I use Loom to screen-record as I work on my macbook, most of the time I don't want to record my audio so I set the mic to off. I'd like to be able to turn the mic on to say a few things throughout the recording, then turn the mic back off, without needing to stop the recording and start a new recording to turn the mic back on.

Is this feature available? If not, why? And has anyone found a workaround?

Hey guys!

I'm looking for a way to summarize all my 2025 expenses by category using Zoho expense. Throughout 2025 I was using the app to track my receipts (emailed receipts to Zoho or just snapped pics on my phone) and the app correctly categorized them and pulled all the correct info. I don't need to actually create any expense reports as I'm literally just using the app as a receipt tracker (I'm a single member LLC / solo business owner so I'm not submitting expense reports to an employer).

I'm not managing to find a way to get all my expenses organized into a simple list by category! Which is all I need in order to send my accountant a list of expenses.

More info on what I've already tried:

Under "Expenses > All Expenses", I can see all my expenses from 2025, and they have categories (like "Travel & Accommodation" etc.). Most of them have the status "Unreported", which I understand just means they haven't been added to an expense report.

So what I tried doing was: go to Analytics > Expenses > Expense Details or Expenses by Category, set the date range to Previous Year (2025), and click Run Report, I either get "No matching expense found" or it's asking me to add filter criteria.

Sooo it seems like Zoho can't give me categorized receipt information if it's not expensed?

Hey guys! After Effects won't open on my Mac. Stuck on "Initializing MediaCore" no matter what I do. I need AE for work so this is of course quite the issue!

I'm not very tech savvy, I've tried every solution I could find online but no luck so far, and hoping someone here has seen this before!

I'm on a 2021 MacBook Pro (M1 Max, 32GB RAM) running macOS Sequoia 15.6.

For about a week now, I haven't been able to open After Effects at all. I've tried 2024, 2025, and 2026, and every version does the exact same thing. When I launch AE, I get the crash recovery window (Continue, Safe Mode, Reset Preferences, etc.). No matter which option I choose, it gets stuck on "Initializing MediaCore" forever until I Force Quit it.

At the same time, I also get this macOS popup:

Weird side not- even after I force quit After Effects, that popup stays open. It doesn't disappear with the app. And whether I click Move to Trash or Done the popup will just keep reapping lol.

Here's everything I've already tried, again these are just random solves I saw across reddit, not that I really know what I'm doing!

• Safe Mode (with third-party plugins disabled)
• Resetting/deleting preferences
• Deleting caches
• Deleting Adobe cache folders
• Reinstalling After Effects from scratch
• Restarting my Mac multiple times
• Checking Privacy & Security settings
• Searching my entire Mac for BFXMapRamp.plugin

The only thing I can find when I search is a bunch of plugin loading.log files. I can't actually find the plugin anywhere. I also thought I removed all the plugins when I uninstalled AE, so I have no idea why this popup is still showing up.

A couple other notes:

• I have basically the same issue with Premiere Pro, but Photoshop and other Adobe apps seem to open fine.
• My SSD is usually pretty full. I'm planning to free up some space, but I don't think that's the root cause since this is happening consistently across multiple AE versions.

Any help would be extremely appreciated!
