Need anyone who works/has or had experience in front desk medical offices

I don't have experience in any medical office but this is a (HOPEFULLY) a good start for me since it's in a field adjacent to the field I want to study in.

I'm in the US, so I prefer someone in the US who works/has experience in medical offices.

I'm SO sick of people telling me that I'll change my mind.

yogurt bowl with caramelized pears, homemade granola, pistachios & drizzle of maple syrup

If you're a parent reading this, please don't take it personally. I find kids to be joyful, I respect your decision to have kids I'll always be kind to your kids & say hi to them. I PERSONALLY don't want kids but I'm only speaking for ME ME ME ME & no one else.

I don't want kids & never will. I'm adamant that I will NOT change my mind (I do plan to get sterilized when I can afford it). Every time I mention it, someone always says that I'll change my mind or they give me their personal story about how they didn't want kids until they changed their mind, or about how it's "the best joy on earth" or something along those lines. Have I changed my mind about several things? Yes! For things I'm passionate about, I'm not passionate about having kids.

I don't have a reason, I just don't want them & I have to resist the urge to curse someone out every single time they lecture me about why I should have kids.

EDIT: Thank you for all of your kind words, from both childless people & parents. I respect everyone's decisions. This post BLEW UP & I'm trying my best to read all of your comments even though there's over 1k comments! Please don't ever feel like your story went to waste, I will try my best to read every comment

upper body sessions way too long

this is my current upper body day. i run a u/l split (l, u, r, l, u, r, r) i do every exercise 2 sets 4-8 reps (most close to failure or to failure)

i superset a push exercise with a pull exercise but even then, my sessions are almost 1 hour 45 mins long. if i do each exercise one by one then i would easily be at the gym for over 2 hours.

i also cannot go more than 4 days a week due to my busy schedule and that i don't have a car.

is there any exercise i can remove or anything i can do to make my sessions shorter??

how to remove sideburns??

i've shaved them before but it looks weird when it grows back (haven't tried waxing but it'll look the same when it grows back) & i get so insecure about it bc my job requires me to have my hair up in a bun 😭

what does "tranquila" mean in this context?

i work at a restaurant. yesterday i slipped on a thin piece of meat & one of the kitchen guys said "tranquila, mami" what does this mean?? he is from mexico.

i know tranquila (as a phrase) means to relax/be calm (or some equivalent to that) but it doesn't make sense to me how "tranquila" is used in this context.
