Any 1600 Scorers, Please Give Advice

I know above 1550+ it more or less doesn’t matter for most applications, but the scholarship I’m applying for has a SAT cutoff of minimum 1580/1590 and even that might not be enough with the SAT leaks that I’ve heard is going around. Anyone who got 1600, would love some advice on how you got there. Thanks.

What kind of profile do you need to be offered the scholarship?

Hi, I am an A-levels student planning to take a gap year before applying to universities and I would love to know the stats of any scholarship winners. For example your school grades/gpa, extra curriculars etc..

Also could anyone tell me if school grades matter more than board exams? And how much emphasis is put on extra-curriculars? If anyone would also be willing to send me their motivation letter that got them accepted it would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much!

Hi! I’m a 12th grade student looking to study chemical engineering at Aalto University. I’m planning on applying for the 27-28 session and was wondering what are the steps I need to take to get the 100% scholarship?

  1. I know my SATs has to be minimum 1570-1580, but do other factors like my school grades or board exams grades matter as well?

2)Would I need to submit a separate document about my extracurricular activities and does the committee take that into consideration when giving out scholarships?

  1. I also heard that Aalto only offers the 100% scholarship now and not 50% or any other percentage, could anyone confirm if this is true?

  2. I would love to know if there are any external scholarships available other than the ones Aalto provides and if that affects my chance of getting the 100% scholarship

  3. If anyone is at Aalto right now or has gotten the 100% scholarship esp in Chemical engineering please let me know your experience/ any advice you have!

Thank you so much

Hi, I’m a 12th grade student from Bangladesh doing my A-levels and planning to study Chemical Engineering. I was wondering if there are any reputable universities in Italy that teach ChemE or even process engineering in english. I plan to learn Italian if I go of course, but in my research I could not find any universities that offer my major of choice in english. Any insight and advice is appreciated !
