Took advantage of this ungodly heat in my garage decided to print fan brackets in ASA on my CC1 CANVAS with no top hat. Worked amazingly well!! 👍🤙🏽

This was quite a unique repair service where the customer couldn’t quite finish up the manifold leak on an Iwata Power Jet Pro Compressor.
For the past three weeks I have been struggling with error 103 on my Centauri Carbon CANVAS. Contacted tech support no response. Soldered a New USB-C end in the existing cable then read that one would need a 240W replacement cable -ordered arrived installed
-still the same error
Opened up the print head made sure ALL connectors as connected 👍
-swapped out a new hot end
-BOOM 💥 FIRST PRINT IN THREE WEEKS!!!
Conclusion
* loose ceramic heater connection at the hot end
Where the thermal paste is all crumbled and dried out.
So PRO TIP
-start at the tip (hot end) by checking the resistance -the reading should be at 10 Ohms

Doing a bit of testing with this KROMA Edge Sprayable Chrome and putting it through its phases.. sprayed it on TPU after it cures. I’ll do a flex Test 💪
No base black base, no multiple layers, no extended 10+ days process !!
Been testing this product extensively for three months in a multitude of surfaces.. this is done on 3d Print TPU..
It’s non yellowing, non migratory ( it doesn’t haze up)
