Beware of Fake Credentials on Freelancer Sites
Posted a job and had a freelancer reach out saying that they specifically lead development on 2 popular indie games and then explained what he did at those studios. I looked both the games up and did not see his name mentioned anywhere. When I asked directly if he was credited in these games, I was given this answer:

My involvement on both projects was as a freelance Unity developer through an external agency rather than as a directly employed member of the studio, so I'm not listed in the official game credits.The work I described reflects the features and systems I personally contributed to during my contract
Seems like a nonsense answer, but I'm posting this here because of how brazenly he lead with this "experience," in his application. Please be careful when partnering with people. Lying and misrepresentation are rampant.
