Withdrawal : feeling of dizziness

Hello all. Dropped from 150mg to 0mg this week. Ever since, I’ve had my head spin all the time and I feel dizzy a lot. Has anyone else experienced this ? Can I do something to stop it/at least help ?

From 150mg to 0mg in a week : withdrawal experiences ?

Hello. I have been on Zoloft for more than three years. I am currently changing my treatment and preparing to replace sertraline with another antidepressant. I was on 150mg for three years, with some more difficult times at 200mg.
Now this (extended) week, I have three appointments with my psychiatrist.

Sunday 31 : 150mg -> 100mg
Wednesday 3 : 100mg -> 50mg
Monday 8 : 50mg -> 0mg -> new medication

I’m scared of withdrawal and I’m scared of the awkward period where I won’t have sertraline anymore but the new medication still doesn’t make a difference if that makes sense. I’m institutionalised if that matters.

Anyone has similar experiences ?

Psych ward shrink is finally changing my treatment 🥳🥳🥳 image unrelated

This week we’re lowering my antidepressants and next week we’ll remplace them. I’ve been waiting for this for over a year. She also removed one of my antipsychotics and even though I sleep less than usual I feel a bit more like myself.
