More efforts to combat Dengue.
Better late than never.

Fyi, its an amazing free open source RTS game.. I wish it had more followers in SL.
Sri Lanka is facing a massive epidemic of dengue. Hospitals are literally overflowing. The media doesn't cover this for whatever reason (probably political) but there are two patients per bed and some literally on the floor. Healthcare workers are exhausted.
The only way to stop this is to stop the mosquitos from breeding.
So please, if you haven't already, check your house and surroundings for places collecting stagnant water. Gutters, trash pits, potted plants, bird baths, blocked drains, old tyres, anything.. you might save someone's life.
Keep windows and doors closed during daylight hours as that's when the dengue mosquito is most active. Use mosquito repellent or wear long sleeves. Use a net.
Post any suggestions and stories of finding breeding sites to spur as many people as positives into action..
We had 186,000 infections in 2017. This year we've crossed 50,000. That means things can get much, much worse. The good news is we can all make a difference. Make no mistake.. we are all at war. Do you part.
I urgently need petrol before tomorrow morning but due to the current restrictions, I'm not able to pump today. Planning to wait til midnight and pump at a shed that's open.

Any suggestions of where to go in Colombo?
most suppliers (Jeewa plastic) etc sell massive sheets for like 25,000 Rs but I only want something around 1 square meter in size. Daraz and most online stores sell tiny 10x10cm squares. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried ikman and facebook marketplace.
