34 this year and been gaming for over 28 yrs now. 9 year old kiddo, while being a full time PE/Health teacher. And I will sacrifice sleep to play a game (currently Crimson Desert) if I’m really into it🤷🏾♂️😂.

As far as single player goes, I’m locked into Crimson Desert. But my brother whom I game share with, went and bought the Black Ops Pack. So I’ve been on that since last night, and when I say this game feels like CLASSIC COD (for the FPS ppl out there), I’m interested to see if anyone else here is playing it?!

As you can see in the headline, this is for my leather and cloth armor folks. Not being a fan of a lot of the helmets/heavy armor sets in the game is what drove me to go a more biker/bad ass/gunslinger look. Along with my unarmed ONLY play style, leather and cloth armor seems more fitting for me.

As you can see here, I give it to Stefan Lanford and got this bad ass level 6 armor for Damiane. As I plan to start playing her once I get back to the epilogue, this is something I am now looking forward to.
I now want to ask if any of you guys gave this gift to anyone else outside of who we already know of? And if so, who and what did you receive?

So why not toss a few arrows at her face and even the fight🤷🏾♂️? Yes this is hard mode (ALWAYS), so it took me 1 refined palmar pill and 4 regular pills to beat her. When with a spear on 1st play through, I tanked her down to half before I needed to use a pill. Safe to say, I was on the Struggle Bus Express this go round.
With that being said, as the self-proclaimed “Unarmed Ambassador of Pywel”, I’ll take this W gracefully while running back to try and beat her with nothing but hands and feet👊🏾
…for the love of everything great about this game, can we PLEASE get the option to put bounties onto our special mounts. Or at the very least, allow us to carry them like we do on horseback.
I would ask you guys to give us the option to feed these folks to the tiger, but I’ll be happy with just being able to trek 2398m across Pywel on the back of my tiger instead of the horse.

…so during the “Kill Bastien” mission in chapter 8 while Kliff is somewhere snoozin’, I decided to go balls deep with Damiane (no pun intended) and her skill tree for the first time.
And I’ll have to say her unarmed combat is 10x more fun than Kliff, and I’m kinda jealous about it😂. Because why can’t Kliff jump in the air and spinning pile drive a dude on his neck like this??? Now, I clearly understand that it keeps the characters unique to have different move sets, but I’ll be damned if they make the side chick combat better (in my opinion) than the main guy.
With that being said, once I hit post game again and I’m clear of all Kliff missions, I’ll be GLADLY switching back to Damiane to put puss and boots on everything walking☝🏾.

…so with me being known for my infamous red mask, Foot Soldier from TMNT look, I decided to switch it up on this 2nd play-through.
At one point, I hated this helmet. But since I found this Helfyn Armor Set this go round, I feel like it’s perfect for my true unarmed/spear/ combat look.

…it’s been a while since I last posted some unarmed combat, so here’s me beatin’ the stuffin’ out of Myurdin’s blueberry McMuffin👊🏾😂.
I am now in chapter 8 of my second play-through with ALL UNARMED combat and I’ll have to say that this second go round is waaaaaaaaay more fun than the first. Finding things I didn’t find the first time and just experiencing Pywel as the unarmed assassin makes it feel like a whole new game‼️
Has anyone else started a new play through? If not, why not? If so, do you feel as though the game is “better” this time🤔?

I’m on my second playthrough and have already found things I missed during my first run. So HELL YES, let us turn our Feathered Weasel into a Griffon and call it a day🙏🏾
…is Red Dead Redemption 2 with 1079 hrs. And as we know the game is 7.5 years old.
But here I am 769 hrs in (balls deep, clearly!) in a little under 3 months (I got the game 2 weeks after release). Needless to say I love this shyt😂. We can all talk about our favorite pieces and parts til we are blue in the face. We can all talk about a lot of the stuff we don’t like as well. When you have a development team that has CLEARLY played a lot of our favorites (Zelda, Dynasty Warriors, WWE, Witcher, RDR, Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Dragons Dogma to name a few) and give us a game that blends all of those games best mechanics and aesthetics, this is what happens.
My days consist of work, dad life, gym, and this fuckin’ game. And with that being said, I don’t regret a single penny or hour spent on a game where we ALL talk here on Reddit about, and they read to understand what we need/want, then DELIVER. Yes, each patch/update will come with its hiccups because that’s just how coding works. But they are so good at what they’re doing, we can actually overlook the small things that we don’t like to still enjoy hours on hours on this game.
…let me see how many hours y’all got. I know we got someone up in the thousands by now👀‼️
. . .after a fresh restart, and some traveling for the gear I wanted. Ice and fire elementals off rip.
I am now going into chapter 3 looking like a true UNARMED COMBAT GAWD🗣️😂. Don’t have access to the camp yet, so I’m not dyeing anything as of right now. This is just my “base” drip while I now start to actually “play” the game again.

I had a plan to start a new playthrough w/ getting the ice and fire elementals all before chapter 3 (I don’t have my Greymane camp yet for emphasis on where I am in story) so that I could re-experience the unarmed combat on the early game exploration/bosses.
Yea I could do boss rematch during the epilogue but that wasn’t as fun, and being honest I never care to fight a boss again after I beat them. It’s anti-climactic imo. So here I am beating an ANCIENT late game boss (for many) here in chapter 2 so I can have a different type of fun playing thru this pleasure of a game again.
With that being said, I want to leave a tip or better yet a suggestion for anyone looking to start a new playthrough.
Disclaimer: This is all in chapter 2 so these bosses and enemies hit hard as fuck. So if you gotta do it on easy mode, handle your business!!!
GET THE MAJOR ARMORS as SOON AS YOU GET YOUR WINGS (Ice and fire. Lightning is tied to a quest)
WEAPONS AND ACCESSORIES THAT YOU LIKE SHOULD BE A NO BRAINER IN BETWEEN HUNTING FOR THE ELEMENTAL ARMORS.
THEN HEAVILY FOCUS ON THE ABYSS. GET UP THERE AND GET YOUR ELEMENTALS as EARLY AS POSSIBLE, making some early, MID TO LATE GAME of explorations that much more fun. I hate seeing the “DONT EXPLORE UNTIL CHAPTER 4” tips now that I’m doing what I’m doing. Take this with a grain of salt. But I can almost guarantee that if you play Crimson Desert the way I am right now, it doesn’t feel like the same game.
