Getting bruise from Tonal cable during chest press and over head presses near my tricep

Anyone else ever get bruises from using their tonal for chest press or over head presses? Only happens to one side. What's a good fix to prevent this?

EDIT: Do you ever change your grip? Like instead of the wire rubbing over, it goes under your arm (if that makes sense)

Finally got a tonal, now what?

I've been weight training on and off for a good part of 10 years. Constantly yo-yoing my weight. FF to today, busy parent with about 25lbs of extra fat on me. What program should I start with? Feeling analysis by paralysis and can't decide on where to start with tonal. Hoping to get recommendations with programs 30min to an hour 4 days a week. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Tonal install on this wall?

Does anyone know if the tonal can be installed on this wall, despite the sloped ceiling?

Opting in to get the tonal rental for a month or 2 to see if I am a fan. Figure it's cheaper than buying out right then installing/uninstalling and selling.

Contemplating getting a smart gym

I'm on the fence about getting a smart gym. Discovered speediance. Do you wish this machine had arms like tonal? Do you feel the lack of arms hinders certain movements?

Can't decide between tonal, speediance and aeke s1 pro.

Which one are you getting?

Contemplating getting the Libernovo Maxis. Torn between the manual, electric, or airflow. Is it really worth having the electric "massage" feature which is basically a glorified stretch. Feels crazy to pay close to $500 bucks for airflow and electric version.

Maxis manual is $883 with footrest vs $1313 for the maxis airflow with footrest before taxes. Who is getting what? Help me decide on best bang for buck or if this chair is even worth it.

J2 was acquired new Contract mandates in office 3days a week.

Originally picked up J2 (fully remote) 3 months ago, with the hopes of it replacing my J1 (higher pay, better benefits)

J2 has been in process of transitioning since it was acquired. We are now being presented with New contracts. New contract is not honoring remote work and is mandating 3 days in office. Sure it could be worse but this completely derails my opportunity to OE.

Does anyone have any tips regarding push back?
