My injection is due tmrw.

I have my biologics scheduled tmrw but my doctor is out for 1 FUCKING MONTH. I cannot change the doctor as all the paperworks are already done for insurance. The doctor told me to "continue with regular meds" that to be precise is just allegra.

On top it she gave me very less dose and the duration between the biologics is comparatively more and now this?

This was supposed to be my 3 dose..now i jave to wait a whole FUCKING month?

Why should i do now??!!!

She's not taking this shit seriously enough. Inexperienced and quite unprofessional.

Red light therapy?

So i heard on saw somewhere that red light help lighten the scar for like eczema... I'm not sure if the red light would work for psoriasis. I have hyperpigmentation all over my body.

Some spots are lighter than my actual skin tone, some are darker. (I'm on cosentyx and also using propionate and salicylic acid cream) (I'm not sure about the name tho- don't wanna get up and check the name out but it's somewhere along the line.)

Will red therapy help?

Or should i get UV light?

also what are the other benefits of red light other than lightning the scar and stuff or is it just an hoax?

So my friend who aspire to become a pilot but she has a tiny inconvenience, she is 4'9.( She's 16) Can she become a pilot? And also she has a skin allergy and sinus.

Also should she keep a back up option..a plan b in case things don't work out? Do you think she should give the same importance to her second option....which is prob engineering.

Makeover long overdue.

I want the room to feel more welcoming and homely in some sense. It should have a sort of dorm vibes. I kinda lean on towards green shades. I mean I prefer green but anything would work.

I want the makeover to be a little on the affordable side...i wanna get it done with the money i got from a scholarship.

I'm up for posters and shit...i have a printer so i could just print it out.

Also the wall behind the bed holds so much potential...but i just dont know what to do with it.
