Front/back covers I made for a compilation of songs I associate with this season. What tunes do you listen to during Autumn?

Mivar 20M2. Can't seem to fill this horizontal part of the screen, I've already tried using the service menu. Is it due to a blown capacitor?

Momox; a love letter.

For the uninitiated, they're a German reseller for used stuff, and they're on Amazon which makes purchases all the easier.

Sometimes you get busted cases, sometimes you get dirty discs, hell sometimes you even get this. It was listed as being in good condition.

Yet, their prices are pretty low compared to what I see elsewhere, especially for the more uncommon releases (most of the time at least, they can have sky-high pricing at times, but they fluctuate between good and bad faster than Texas weather), AND their CDs are all in working order, including this one.

So yes, stupidly enough I'm still glad their service exists, even if you get the occasional rotten apple here and there.

See you next week when DJ Krush's "Meiso" comes in the mail, bought that one for a few euros in "Acceptable conditions", God knows what that means, I feel like a spouse waiting for news of their soulmate at war, are they gonna come back in one piece or am I gonna get an officer at my door to give me the heartbreaking news?

You have to sell grandma for money, which one do you buy? ONKYO CX390, SONY CDP-101, SMSL PL200T?

Hey guys! My crush is coming to visit today, do you think she'll like my music selection?

Whip out the CD changer, we have guests tonoight. It'll be a nightmare blunt rotation with no skips whatsoever, at the cost of being strapped to a chair you WILL enjoy the digital superiority until one of the discs slips out of the carousel

Any site that still has Basic Channel's Quadrant Dub in stock and at normal prices?

Wasn't able to get the Vinyl reprint when it first showed up a few months back. Are there any copies still available that don't cost more that its original price of EUR 10-20? Not a chance in hell I'm bowing to the absurd used prices on Discogs. If not, how often do these re-releases happen?

This album actually just Fucking Sucks

sorry if this is the wrong place to bost this but i need to vent

This is genuinenly one of the worst albums i have ever heard in my entire life, it is so unbearably afwul i actually considered just ditching The Documentary, all of my hiphop albums, and my collection as a whole.

This album is so generationally horrid it acutally made me reconsider how i listen to and purchase music. I relisten to shit 5 or 6 times just to be sure, before i make a purchase

It is nothing but the juvenile retread of a dumbass who thinks posing all mighty tough looking is cool, like a 5th grader who's just helped his mother bring her a vase or some shit, so now he needs to show his guns like he's Lou Ferrigno or something.

And don't even get me started on this man's dickriding, no song goes by without him mentioning 2pac and biggies, 2 figures that have spun so much in their grave at this point since their deaths, that they've reached China and are now going out of orbit.

And the pettiness in which he addresses Dr.Dre too, he genuinely sound so bitchy when he talks about him like someone who got butthurt that they've been dumped. This man was well in his fucking twenties and he was still going like "I don't need you". I'm not a fan of dre either, but at least he helped the previous album turn out well

The packaging makes it all the more miserable as my copy came in a super jewel case, which is considered to be superior but honestly just looks like a Lego Duplo version of normal cases.

Past his moronic ass smug spread all over the booklet you get the overbloated piece of crap that this album is. 16 tracks, most of them garbage, with only a handful of standouts.

The production is past the notion of retarded and reached into the realm of actual braindeadness.

Track 2 is when i genuinely reconsidered just giving up on music as a whole, as it starts off with a skit, then some gunshots and the baby faced man himself cussing out like an edgy middle schooler who's just learned the concept of xenophobia, and for some ungodly reason the track is 5 minutes long, like some kind of mk ultra torture device

And the same goes for the next tracks until you reach Wouldn't get Far, the first decent song on the album, even though Jadakiss flipped the same sample better 2 years prior with By Your Side. Skim through another disappointment and you reach One Night, the 2nd good song on the album. Then, you reach Around the World after going through another long and numbing bog, a song which would be enjoyable were it not for Alvin and the Chipmunks chiming in every 4 seconds. Finally, you reach Why You Hate The Game, which is the third good song of the album and concludes this 73 minute oral cucking session.

73 minutes of songs that sound like they were scraped together from a mixtape and stretched to fill up a CD like it's a groupie, then leave once it releases

The only saving grace this thing has going for it is the fact i only spent a few bucks on it, because i would've genuinely had a stroke had i gotten it on vinyl and spend the entry fee of that format

And to think there's actually review sites that beleive this to be his best album, better than the documentary mind you

All and all, i give this one a 2/10, please don't make music again, even though this came out 20 years ago and he's made music again

I've been looking to see the general consensus between the two, personally I'm only familiar with the standard edition of Twenty Five as it's the only one I have so far, what does the community by and large think? Closest thing I've found for a comparison between the two is a Steve Hoffman Forums thread from Twenty Five's release.

To give my two cents, I've been loving the latter, but am disappointed by the lack of songs from Songs from The Last Century and the overabundance of songs from Patience (as in, 13 songs, the whole album give or take). Still, the track listing is nice and admittedly it has convinced me to buy the album so, eh.
