Thoughts on this Felt?

The seller is okay with taking 400 for it. Claimed it was a 2023 model, but I'm pretty sure this is closer to 2013.

Would love to hear some thoughts, thanks

We wanted more from Race Monitor, so we built this.

We’re a small team of race engineers and software guys, and we've been working side-by-side with some endurance and short track teams after getting frustrated with how much manual work we were doing alongside Race Monitor.

The timing data is there - but turning it into usable strategy during a race weekend still meant juggling spreadsheets and mental math. I figured this would also extend to some of y'all on two wheels as well.

So we built TrackLab to fix our own workflow first.

Now we’re opening things up to get some feedback.

If you’re running Race Monitor-supported events (or just follow them closely), you can use TrackLab alongside it.

This is still early. It’s functional, but we’re actively iterating.

If you’re interested in trying it and giving honest feedback, I’ll drop the link in the comments.

We hope some find this genuinely improves race weekend workflows.

We built an alternative to Race Monitor for teams and fans

We’re race engineers ourselves, and we developed it side-by-side with endurance and short track teams after getting frustrated with how much manual work we were doing alongside Race Monitor. The timing data is there - but turning it into usable strategy during a race weekend still meant juggling spreadsheets and mental math.

So we built something to fix our own workflow first.

Now we’re opening the doors for the rest of February to see if it helps others dealing with the same pain points.

We just opened up trial access for TrackLab Pro.

If you’re running Race Monitor-supported events (or just follow them closely), you can use TrackLab alongside it.

This is still early. It’s functional, but we’re actively iterating.

If you’re interested in trying it and giving honest feedback, I’ll drop the link in the comments.

No hard pitch - we’re trying to figure out if this genuinely improves race weekend workflows.

We updated TrackLab after getting feedback from this subreddit

About a month ago, I shared TrackLab here and a lot of people gave us honest feedback.

We've been working through that feedback and continuing to improve the platform.

The original goal hasn't changed: build something that's easier to use than the existing tools and gives teams, drivers, and fans more useful information during an event. In terms of the events we are hosting, it's still limited to Race Monitor's timing protocol, but we are exploring new horizons!

We're still early and actively building, but the community's feedback has been a tremendous help.

If anyone wants to take a look, we'd love to hear what we're missing or what would make you actually switch from your current setup.

What is a reasonable asking price?

Hi everyone,

Joined the club about 2 years ago. This '06 650 sat for 3 years with the previous owner. I fixed it back up (fuel system, chain, tires, fluids, etc), and she runs like a top now. Starts happily with one blip to the starter. I enjoyed the project more than I do riding, so I find myself not riding it as often as I'd thought (~400 miles since I got it).

It's an '06 with 8600 miles on it, so I can't find a lot of samples for similar listings.

What is a reasonable asking price for a bike like this?
